Closing horizonsfilm & performance, with the support of Biennale ACT(E)S, Le dôme festival

Research work about the political exile to Southern Italy used as a political weapon by the Fascist regime against the intellectuals. The performance is inspired by the political exile of the Italian poet Cesare Pavese. Placed under house arrest in Brancaleone for anti-fascist activities in 1936, I decided to reconstruct his room after having gone there to film what he called “the fence of the horizons”, the last village in Italy.
